DESIGN AND TEST OF AIR-SUCTION PEPPER SEED METERING DEVICE BASED ON AIR SUPPLY AND QUANTITATIVE SEED SUPPLY

In order to solve the problem that current precision seeder has difficulty in sowing pepper seeds, an air-suction seed metering device based on air supply and quantitative was developed. Combined with its basic structure working principle, CFD-DEM coupling method used for analysis, best combined hole parameters were obtained. A single factor experiment pass rate, replay missed rate as experimental indicators designed. Regression model established obtain a reasonable range of each parameter. The results showed when speed drum barrel 28.65r/min negative pressure 4.40kPa, seeding meter 91.32%, 4.51%, 4.17%. comprehensive performance index better.
